It’s important to be able to put your idea out there and not be afraid of critique but instead listen to it. I’ve noticed that I tend to fear others' judgment and falsely view that as a failure. In reality that’s a stepping stone in the process of ideating. People grow little from continuous success, it’s falling short but rising to new heights that is truly admirable.
